What’s the right age for girls to wear makeup?

I guess if I had a daughter id skip the eyeliner and maybe do clear mascera.then at 14 introduce reg mascera and colored lip gloss 15 the works. Most girls have and wear or sneak wearing makeup starting at like 11 or 12...I think its good that you let her use some now...maybe limit the amount she can wear it as in only for certain things etc? Most of her friends I'm guessing are wearing it?
